MR8 Login – Access Your Account Securely

mr8 Account Login Guide

Logging in to your MR8 account is a quick and straightforward process that takes just a few seconds. Whether you're on a laptop, tablet, or smartphone, MR8's interface is optimised for all screen sizes to ensure a smooth and seamless experience every time.

To log in, simply enter your registered phone number or email address, followed by the password you set during registration. If you have enabled two-factor authentication (2FA), you will receive an OTP code via SMS within seconds as an additional security layer before full access is granted.

Many mr8 members use the "Remember Me" option on their personal devices to avoid entering their password every time. This is a convenience feature designed for users accessing the platform on their own device — however, we recommend against using it on public computers or shared devices.

Once logged in successfully, you will be taken directly to your account dashboard where you can view your current balance, check transaction history, claim active bonuses, pick your favourite games, and manage all account settings from one centralised place.

Step-by-Step Login Guide

1. Open the MR8 website or launch the MR8 app on your device.
2. Click the "Login" located in the top right corner of the page.
3. Enter your registered phone number or email address in the field provided.
4. Enter your account password. Make sure you type uppercase and lowercase letters correctly as the mr8 password is case-sensitive.
5. If you have 2FA enabled, check your SMS or authenticator app for the OTP code and enter it within 60 seconds.
6. Click "Login" and you will be taken directly to your account dashboard.

Forgot Your Password? Here's How to Recover It

Don't worry if you've forgotten your MR8 account password — it happens to everyone. MR8 provides a simple and secure password recovery process so you can regain access to your account in no time.

The first step is to click the "Forgot Password" located below the password field on the login page. You will be asked to enter the phone number or email address registered to your mr8 account. A recovery link or code will then be sent to that number or email within a few minutes.

Once you receive the recovery link, click it and you will be directed to a page where you can set a new password. Make sure your new password contains at least 8 characters combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols for stronger security.

If you're still experiencing issues after following the steps above, contact the MR8 support team via live chat, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our Malaysia-based team is ready to help you resolve the issue quickly and efficiently.
